Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to La Lena! That's why we're willing to offer a 14 day return period from the date of your purchase. 
We will willingly accept returns in exchange for a refund or product swap, considering the following factors:
- Garments must be returned in original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered.
- All shipping costs/fees of the returned product are the responsibility of the buyer and secure tracked postage is required.
- To avoid any late returns, the La Lena team suggests trying on your goodies when you first receive them!
Failing to comply with the above terms will result in a denied return.
Requesting a return/exchange 
When requesting a return, please email lalenathelabel@gmail.com for approval of your return. Items sent back without requesting a refund approval first from the La Lena team directly, will not be accepted and are exempt from the refund entitlements. 
When emailing, please include the following to ne considered for approval:
- Your personal order number
- The product/s you're returning
- Valid reason for your requested return
- Your preference on either refund or product exchange
If your return request was approved, a return address will be provided and once the product has been shipped, a review will be made to ensure the product matches the quality and reasoning in the email that was sent. Once reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. 
PLEASE NOTE: The refunded amount will NOT include the original shipping charges. ONLY the price/value of the product you are returning.
We encourage all customers to have a full read through of our returns policy before requesting refund approval to avoid any confusion.
